Water Melon Extract

Watermelon is a perennial species of cucurbitaceae. The word watermelon has passed from Persian to Turkish. In 1071, Kasgarli Mahmut wrote Dîvânü Lugati't-Türk and Muhakemetü'l-Lugateyn, written by Ali Şîr Nevaî, also referred to as en Büken Kar in Turkish. It can grow up to 3-4 m on the soil surface. Although the roots are very deep under dehydrated agricultural conditions, the fringed roots are concentrated at a depth of 40-50 cm. Its large ball-shaped fruits are sweet and juicy. Watermelon cultivation is widespread in the world and in our country. 20% of world production of watermelon are made in Turkey.
