Sucralose is a high-calorie-free high-intensity sweetener (HIS) derived from sugar, so it gives a taste of sugar. It is about 600 times sweeter than sugar and can be used as a substitute for sugar to reduce or reduce calories in a wide range of products, including beverages, bakery products, desserts, dairy products, canned fruits, syrups and condiments.
