Lemon grass or lemon balm is a mint plant that grows in Central Europe and the Mediterranean regions. Because the white flowers attract honey bee, the genus name is "honey bee" melissa, which comes from Greek. It can grow up to 70–150 cm. The leaves give a slight lemon aroma.
