Coriander, kinzi or ascote, parsley family, leaves resemble parsley, 20-60 centimeters high, hairless, is an annual and herbaceous plant. The dried fruit or seed of this plant used as a spice is also called coriander. The word coriander is passed into Turkish from Persian.
