Carrot Oil

Although carrots are available in purple, black, red, white and yellow varieties, they are usually an orange root vegetable. Carrot, parsnip, Daucus carota is a European and domesticated form of southwest Asia. The plant is probably of Persian origin and was initially sown for leaves and seeds.
